The Benson Motel - Benson, MN - US-12 HWY

The place was very average and literally had no one to talk to in person. Also our floor in the bathroom was always damp or even wet after taking a shower.

Didn’t see any breakfast. The location was perfect. It was a very nice clean place which is what we were looking for.

We did have a couple of glitches. We had to have help with the electronic check-in but someone was readily available to help us via telecom. We also had a breaker shut off causing us to lose power in a portion of the room. It happened around 8:00 am and when we finally got someone on the phone, off-site, we were told that housekeeping would be there at 9:00 am. That was unfortunate because we were getting ready for church and needing to be gone by 9. I wasn’t happy that someone couldn’t help us right away but then it did come back on about 15 minutes later. Unfortunate, not having someone onsite to help.

Very good hotel. Clean. The bed mattress was pretty firm. Can't beat the price

Our stay was good. Staff was helpful with a check in blip. Property was quiet

It was nice, quiet and spacious. The only issue was the tv and the remote. It appears the remote was not working.

I was able to check in via a kiosk in the lobby.

Excellent accommodations and great service.

Very nice and quant. Will say the no contact check in was a bit new to me. So be prepared if you are not. Bit of a hiccup that management was very open to discussing that we figured out together.
