朝食のスタッフの一人が良かった。 部屋はホテルの端でわりと静かだった

汚れたハンドタオルが、洗面所で使うコップに入れていた。それ以降すべてのタオルやバスタオルが汚いのでは？と考えるようになった。 朝食は、毎朝メニュー表から好きなものを注文するシステムだ。しかし朝食会場のスタッフは、注文した内容と違う物を出す。違う内容を出すならは、紙にわざわざ書く意味がないと思う。 レセプションの女性スタッフは、英語が苦手な私たちに対して、私たちが理解できないときは知らない顔をする。 このホテルで高額な部屋に宿泊しているのに、失礼だと思う。

Excellent, clean and comfortable accommodation. We really enjoyed the food from the restaurant and ate there a few times. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, we highly recommend for your stay in Vic Falls.

It is small boutique hotel ( I think only like 15 rooms or less). It’s set in a neighborhood area and enclosed in security gates so it feels very safe. The rooms are nicely decorated and feels clean. They look like your own little hut. The staff were very friendly and helpful both in person and online beforehand. I had them book a trip to devil’s pool for me with transport which worked out great. It’s not right in the center of town but you can easily walk there (about a mile) or to the entrance of the falls (less than 1/2 mile from the main shopping plaza). Alternatively, rides are cheap there and I would recommend that after dark.

The rooms are a little tight.

The lodge was hard to fault - lovely breakfasts, great staff and well-appointed rooms. Really enjoyed the restaurant and bar.

Really friendly owner, Phil, and staff. Nice and relaxing lodge with ground coffee and French cafeteria and Italian biscotti in the room. Good location close to other sights.

le lieu idéal pour se poser, au calme. le logde est agréable, confortable et la décoration particulièrement soignée. Le personnel est aux petits soins, discret , efficace .... irréprochable, le propriétaire avenant. Les repas (diner et petit dejeuner) sont copieux et de qualité. Vraiment au top

L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre de Victoria Falls et il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre.
