Perfect host, great apartment with all needed. Full kitchen supplies included. Perfectly located near a lot of food options and 10 minutes easy walk to beach. Clean, tiddy and soooo recommended.

I stayed in this apartment for nearly a month and had a really great experience. The location is very central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Just across the alley, there are also many local stores and vendors selling fresh produce, which made daily life very convenient. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to the beach, which is a big plus. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. It’s clean, spacious, and very comfortable. On top of that, the landlord is incredibly kind and helpful. She even offers a weekly cleaning service, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. If I come back to Da Nang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

주변에 식당.시장등 편의시설이 밀집. 취사.세탁시설이 있어서 장기체류에 좋음.단점은 방충망이 없어서 창문을 열어두기가 힘들고 인근 주점에서 들려오는 스피커소음이 거슬리나 심하진않음.

Tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre et j’avais tout ce dont j’avais besoin !! Il est proche de restaurants et café ! Merci Ha pour sa gentillesse, communication et son efficacité ! 👌🤩

1) location: 15 minute walk to the beach 2) nice helpful hostess 3) big space 4) can cook and do laundry inside the room 5) nice high water pressure from the showerhead 6) low price. Good value overall

1) noise: close to a busy Main Street, with a popular BBQ restaurant across the opposite, so very noisy till after midnight. it’s good that the building is using decent soundproof materials, so when you close the door, it’s OK but when you open the door/window, the noise level is unbearable. Ear plugs are needed for sleeping. 2) hot water runs out very fast, like in several minutes. then you have to wait before it’s hot again. You can wash yourself decently, but don’t expect an enjoyable hot shower. 3) only hot water in the showerhead, not in any faucet in bathroom/kitchen. 4) showerhead position can’t be fixed on the fixture so you have to hold it with one hand all the time 5) buildings are super close to each other

The location and room were both very good and the host was really kind and let me check in early and out late. Thank you
