LH APARTMENT DA NANG

A surprisingly convenient neighborhood, steps away from a Highland Coffee shop and a shop specializing in coconut ice cream desserts. 2 fruit stores at the other end of the alley. A short walk in either direction to some late night Banh Mi stands. Entrance to one of the bridges crossing the Han a block away. Straight shot down the street in the opposite direction to the beach. Seemingly nothing is out of reach.

The air can tend towards being a little polluted at times, but that is hardly the fault of the apartment staff.

We’ve stayed in this apartment for 1 month and really felt like home. The owner is so welcoming and helpful, they’ve even driven us to our next place when we checked out :D The internet was good for work, we had an appartement cleaning 2 times and overall the apartment is comfortable and cozy. We had great neighbors and played badminton outside the apartment and the owner even gave us amazing shuttlecocks! I’d like to thank the owners for the great stay during our first month in Vietnam :)

The street nearby is quite noisy and busy.

Friendly landlord, she was helpful and was ready to solve any questions if we have

1. Big cockroaches in the bathroom, we have been living there for 2 months and each week we eliminate at least 1 cockroach from bathroom. 2. The room is on the sun side, there is too hot from 12 till 18 and the cold from A/C can't help

Room was clean, well designed, had all the facilities Thu Ha and her family are very nice people. Thu Ha also was very helpful with all questions and issues we had

As the street is close to the main road, it can be quite busy and noisy sometimes

When i reached the property the owner said there was no room available even it was a confirmed booking

Everything! It's the best place I've been to yet. Everything I need is in my apartment, and it's a beauty. Wait guys..There's an elevator too, yes! Including cookware, utensils, an awesome washer, and a microwave. Everything is top-notch here. Even the television is awesome. They even have motorbikes that you can rent on the spot. The motorbikes are very nice. Mostly, the family here is awesome. They have my son and my heart and total respect. They do business right and explain exactly what it is with no surprises. I couldn't ask for more. Also, there is an amazing restaurant directly to your left. Stores are nearby, and delivery is not a problem. KFC & Pizza Hut, not far if you like that. This apartment is amazing, and you should not be disappointed because I'm not. I love it!

There was not a single thing that I disliked.

Booking was accepted by booking.com but cancelled by host when contacted. host did not cancel the booking officially and made it no show. maybe the property is really good but communication and booking handling is poor from both vendor/host.

Misses Ha, Mister Thanh and their kids are really helpful and kind. I’m really glad to meet them. The place is good, spacious and new. WiFi is strong, which I appreciate because of my work and there are a bunch of cafes and shops near the place.
