Easy to find. Free carparking overnight nearby in secure carpark. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Central location.

I had to physically go to the office in the centre of liverpool to collect a parking card for the carpark and then return it after leaving the carpark on the day of departure. This was awkward because I had to leave one carpark and find another to park in in order to then walk to the office to collect/return the carpark card. Very clunky arrangement, even though we enjoyed the free parking.

Exactly what we needed

The £50 per person deposit was quite steep and how long it takes to be returned is a bit of an issue.

Great location, great price, quiet building, lots of space, very comfy beds. To get a whole apartment for this price was such a great deal. Also, really liked the fact that we could make a home-made breakfast as the apartment has great kitchen facilities with a huge fridge/freezer, along with a variety of utensils. Although we didn't watch it, there was free Netflix available on company account. Not to mention the convenience of free parking just 2 minutes away from the hotel! You do have to pay for it first, but keep your receipt as the hotel will refund the money at the end.

There was a slight smell of damp and mould in the bathroom coming from the shower, but no mould was visible. Also, the sofa bed in living room seemed to be broken, however we didn't really use it so that didn't matter as much. Everything else was great!

More then 30 days to get my deposit refund and didn't get it yet.. was supposed to be refunded with 14days it's been more then 30 trust me

Smell from the toilet did message host they said maintenance would be out to check but didn’t show so smell wasn’t dealt with
