Location very pretty gardens and wonderful rustic feel. Staff are exceptional as are the owners who we met. Rooms lovely with great personal touches.

Would have loved a view from our suite but can see from size of property that is not always possible. Small garden seating area was charming with beautifully scented jasmine growing up wooden beams.

Absolutely everything! The location the cleanliness, the spacious rooms, the pool, the food and drinks, the friendliness of the owner and the stuff...I have probably forgotten to mention something, but Literally Everything was Pure Pleasure!

This place checked all the boxes for us! The grounds were beautiful, small enough to feel personal attention but not necessarily like a B & B, amazing staff, great free breakfast. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. They gave us a great suggestion for our anniversary dinner and printed out a map for a perfect drive to several of the nearby cities. Food was really good - it’s a limited menu so you’ll want to plan other places to eat depending on how long you’re staying. Rooms are tastefully done with nice bedding and showers are great. (Limited space to put clothes if you’re an unpack and put in drawers kinda traveler). The pool area is beautiful and chairs/towels are really nice. It’s not like a hotel where there’s 5 waitstaff circling the pool it’s just quiet and relaxed. My only gripe and it’s a small one, was that the property is next to a bigger road so there is some intermittent car noise (just full disclosure in case you thought you were going to be down a remote road in the middle of the countryside with nothing else around) That being said, location was great - 10 minute drive into Montepulciano, 20 minutes to Pienza (our favorite) and we did the hour long drive to Siena and San Gimignano for a day trip.

Amazing service and friendliness. Beautiful, spacious rooms with privacy and quietness. Large pool. Great views. The employees were sooo nice. Greeted us at our car and offered us complimentary drinks when we arrived and took all our bags and car. Amazing location and resort

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff were some of the most helpful we have ever encountered and they always greeted us so warmly. Every recommendation they gave was brilliant - from food to vineyards and horse riding tours too. We loved the ebikes. A very special thanks for Jonathan and Simi who made our trip so memorable. We will be back soon hopefully!!

Borgo San Vincenzo exceeded our expectations! Everything was amazing, the property, the food, the room, the comfy beds, the staff and not to mention the amazing views. Highly recommend! Massive thank you to Jonathon, Laura and Demetri for looking after us.

This property is absolutely outstanding in every way imaginable. The room was gorgeous, clean and idyllic. The staff were beyond attentive and friendly. When we checked in, Carlo took our bags immediately to the room and greeted us with an exceptional cocktail - the best Aperol spritz I have ever had and I’ve been to Milan! Simi also gave an amazing tour of the property. Jonathan went above and beyond as a concierge. He was so helpful in answering our plethora of questions and organized amazing activities for us. He also helped my boyfriend arrange the most beautiful flowers as a surprise when we checked in our room. I have never seen such beautiful flowers before! The owners were also at the property and were so kind and the warm. The restaurant was outstanding and probably the best Venison I have ever had - make sure to have dinner at the restaurant one night.

Nothing. I just wish that I had more time. I regret not checking out the hotel bar because it looked amazing!
