Konum, personel, konfor ve temizlik

Lezzetli bir kahvaltı vardı, geniş seçenekli bir menü tercih etmediğimden kendi adıma beğendim. Ürünler taze ve temizdi. Çay ve kahve taze olarak bulunabilir haldeydi. Odalar temiz, sessiz ve düzenliydi. Personelin yaklaşımı, güler yüzlü ve yardıma açıktı.

1 gece konakladığım için genel olarak kötü bir şey yaşadığımı söyleyemem ama binanın yapısal durumundan kaynaklı olarak kapalı otoparkın alt katlarına iniş acemi şöförler için eğlenceli olmayabilir :)

Konaklamamiz her zamnaki gibi konforlu ve guzeldi. Tum calisanlar ve hizmetten dolayi tesekkur ederim. Hersey harika , tavsiye ediyorum, konaklama icin her zaman yine buraya gelmekten memnun olucam tercih edicem. Tesekkurler.

The welcome and the suite.

The breakfast area is too small and easily crowded. The food served needs to be improved, menu and quality. Not enough personnel in that area.

En general todo bien es un hotel nuevo y muestran preocupación

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, desperté a las 4 am con las alarmas de distintas habitaciones contiguas qu seguían durmiendo y la alarma sonando hará las 8;30 am No revisan l habitación previo la llegada de un pasajero tuve que solicitar enmas de tres oportunidades us plancha que aparece en los artículos de la habitación

The room was beautiful & clean. They gave me some welcome snacks and drinks just after I arrived. The security is excellent--even in the undergeound parking lot. I felt that my car was safe. The bed was comfirtable. The TV had lots of channels to view.

You can hear all of the doors closing in the hallway. It was pretty loud all day long. I could also hear the people on either side of my room doing things and I could sometimes feel the walls shake a bit as I sat in my bed. I wish the walls were more soundproof. There should also be a Do Not Disturb sign to hang outside your door if you don't need your room cleaned. I had the staff knocking on my door at 8:15 am to clean it. With that said, I still enjoyed my stay.
