"Great facilities but didn't felt welcomed. Bad deal for money."

Brand new hotel with great facilities. High hygiene standards for the city. Tasty breakfast.

Worst checkin process I've ever encountered. No one greeted us. No one helped to carry our bags even after we dropped them because we couldn't carry (happened in front of them). Someone came only after we asked for help. Zero explanation by receptionists about the hotel, facilities and checkin/out process. No one smiling. You could feel the unpleasantness in answers. I thought it was one of those days for the receptionists but no, same unhelpful attitudes happened throughout our stay in different occasions.

"Şanlıurfa’daki en yeni ve en iyi otel diyebiliriz"

Bir daha gitsem kesinlikle bir daha kalırım. Fiyatı biraz daha pahalı ama değer. Otoparkı biraz karmaşık. Bir de otelde düğün vs etkinlik varsa kaotik oluyor.
