Excellent property. Four Seasons nashville does everything right. Best place to stay if attending nissan stadium or wanting to party at Broadway night clubs. All within walking distance
always love a four seasons but this stay wasn't ideal. called ahead to see about an early check-in at 1pm and even though they said they couldn't guarantee it, she looked us up and said our room was ready so we headed there. it wasn't. she offered us the pool which we had to put our name on a waiting list. we checked in at 3:20 after sitting in purgatory in between the pool and the gym. valet was also a challenge most times. i will say, everyone was super friendly. mimo's for breakfast was awesome but the hotel just wasn't the level of service you expect with four seasons.
The property itself is excellent. Service is great, as is typical for four seasons. However, the music from the area surrounding the hotel could be heard until 3 AM. definitely not a place you want to be if you want quiet.
First time staying at Four Seasons. It was great, attention to detail for sure! Late night room service was a life saver after a long night!
Nice and close to Broadway and the Ampitheater!
Stayed two nights while visiting Nashville to get my daughter situated at college. I was a bit nervous about some of the reviews that referenced the noise, however noise was not an issue. My room was on the 7th floor. Directly outside my room was the pool and pool bar. During both the day and night the noise level was minimal. Service stops at 10pm, so noise while sleeping was not an issue at all. The Superior King room was incredibly cozy and elegant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The on site restaurant was also delicious. One minor downside was the pool service. I noticed a few people were left waiting nearly 30 minutes for 2 drinks. I had to wait 20 minutes for water. I’m not sure if that is reflective of standard service since I was only at the pool one day.
Amazing hotel. The staff was great. Very comfortable and clean. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was delicious. Special thanks to Dylan and Monica for taking care of us. Highly recommend!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Noise wasn’t an issue as some reviewers warned. That may be related to the orientation of your room. We were facing the river.
