Really refreshing to stay at a hotel where customer service is still the top priority. Instead of finding reasons to stay “no,” every request was met with an automatic “yes.” A beautiful experience.
Elevators to parking were out of service so we had to walk around to get to a back entrance while I was in heels. It was awful but soooo worth it for everything else you get here. Mini bar, snack drawer, beautiful sight through huge windows, complimentary water in glass bottles (very fancy lol), a BEAUTIFUL shower and general bathroom area, a restaurant and bar downstairs, room service… the list goes on. 10/10 recommend for a splurge night.

Water pressure was excellent and hot. Walk in shower and tub were clean. Bed and pillows were soft and clean.
