Staybridge Suites Wilmington Downtown by IHG

Clean and inviting. View of the city from our room was awesome.

We were a late check in and weren’t sure where we were supposed to park at first. There is a parking lot next to the building. We were only stopping over for the night but if we had a lot of luggage it would have been difficult to get inside, especially traveling with kids.

Room was spacious! Nice size kitchen with plenty of seating. Beds were extremely comfortable!! Staff was very belpful!!.

We overslept n missed the breakfast. It would be nice to.have it available longer, especially on weekends. Still having difficulty getting our $150.00 deposit returned.

The property was very nice, the staff was very friendly, and the bedding was fantastic and the amenities good as well. The heat was a problem !

From the moment I arrived in the room, the room temperature was 64°. I found a staff member who helped me set the heat higher. Never warmed the room. I then addressed this with the front desk who said she will send someone up to fix the heat. At that point I left and came back to the room much later and the room temperature was 56. At that point I needed to go to bed. But the room was freezing. I honestly don’t know if the heat is set back on purpose and can’t be adjusted because the hotel seemed very empty.
