Gracious hosts. Beautiful facilities.

Included bteakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lunch and dinnner not included. But can be ordered from local from 3 outside restaurants. ⁹J7

I love the town and I loved the hotel. It is wonderfully maintained and very beautiful. The furniture is outstanding, made of the very best wood and materials. The garden is gorgeous and the pools great.

La decoración, las amenidades incluida la bata de baño, los muebles de cedro muy bien. Todo el personal muy amable y la climatización de las albercas excelente. El desayuno rico. Volveré sin dudarlo

This place is really an oasis in the heart of Tlacotalpan. The building is beautifully restored with period-appropriate tiling, fixtures, and hardwood pillars. Our standard room was modestly sized but nicely appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and Louis the housecat is a lively presence! The whole vibe is very calm, quiet, and classy. We didn't try the spa facilities, but appreciated the pool, bathrobes, etc. A great place for a break in one of the prettiest small towns in the Americas.

Es un hotel muy bien hecho, con el estilo Tlacotalpeña, de los muebles muy hermosos, todo de excelente calidad, lujo, lleno de detalles y de arte, en cada rincón de las habitaciones y de todo el hotel. Planeamos regresar con toda la familia y quedarnos varios días.

Increíble lugar, la decoración impecable, camas cómodas, lugar tranquilo, limpieza muy buena, pero sobre todo, gran servicio, la actitud de todos es totalmente amable y agradable.
