Beautiful place. Very central. Great staff.

Overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was mediocre. (No milk with coffee.) The staff was very nice. They tried.

Where to start. The hotel is well situated, clean, staffed by lovely people and has enchanting grounds surrounding the two pools. Pretty expensive but we enjoyed it all. Louis the hotel kitten is a character. Breakfast was quite filling.

Room could have been slightly larger. Room rates were more than double the usual rate because of the Candelaria Festival but we were glad to even get a room!

Una estancia corta pero muy agradable. Este es tal vez el hotel más bonito en todo Tlacotalpan. Es muy tranquilo y todo es de excelente calidad. El servicio muy bueno y los empleados sumamente amables y atentos. Seguramente volveremos cada año.

Best hotel experience we had in Mexico so far! Though the weather was bad the day we arrived (was puring rain) the hotel experience + spa + really good drinks at the bar made our day. Great breakfast too!

Beautifully decorated hotel, with lovely art work and plants enhancing the atmosphere of the place. Staff were very friendly There is a relaxing pool surrounded by tropical plants and lots of rocking chairs in different nooks to sit and relax We will definitely return to this hotel
