"Grote teleurstelling"

Grote kamer en goed bed.

Het is een oud, vervallen en vies hotel. Receptie afwezig bij aankomst. Na telefonisch contact kwam iemand ons helpen. Vooraf online al aangemeld en betaald. Moest €8.50 tax ter plekke afrekenen voor 1 nacht 3p. Kamer 205: vlekken in beddengoed, badkamerdeur sluit niet, licht werkte niet in bad- en slaapkamer, vieze vloer badkamer, douchedeur stuk en sluit niet, 3 kleine en 1 grote handdoek voor 3p. Ontbijt is zeer beperkt, een spiegelei was het hoogtepunt. Een overnachting in het Parkhotel is het geld echt niet waard!

"Kann nur abraten"

Die Lage war gut.

Das ist eine reine Abzocke. Obwohl rechtzeitig von Dreibettzimmer auf Einzelzimmer umgebucht, wurde der Betrag von Dreibettzimmer abgebucht und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, bekommt man keine Reaktion und das Geld auch nicht zurück.

"Nicht zu empfehlen"

Der Bau.

Als ich angereist bin um 21:30 Uhr hatte ich ein unreines Zimmer! Ich konnte dann 1 Nacht im Doppelzimmer schlafen, musste dann allerdings am nächsten Morgen wieder umziehen, d.h. 2x Koffer ein- und auspacken. Zum Glück blieb ich nur 2 Nächte. Weder ein „Entschuldigung“ noch ein „Für den Umstand haben sie 1x Frühstück (11€) frei“. Das geht in meinen Augen gar nicht! Das Frühstück war am 2. Tag auch nicht so gut, da viele Leute gleichzeitig gefrühstückt haben, d.h. sämtliche Sachen leer, Aufback-Brötchen hart (wahrscheinlich vom Vortag).

Zimmer sind sehr groß.

Die Rezeption ist nur morgens/ vormittags besetzt. Bei Ankunft liegen die Schlüsselkarten mit Namen versehen im Eingangbereich. Wir hatten viele Haare auf dem Teppich und im Bett. Ebenso lag der Toilettendeckel bloß auf einer Ablage im Bad. Die Toilettenbrille war auch nicht montiert und lag lose auf der Toilette. Auf Nachfrage unter einer im Hotel hinterlegten Telefonnummer, wollte man sich bei uns zurück melden wegen einem evtl Preisnachlass. Dies ist leider nie geschehen.

Deur stond open na thuiskomst. Terwijl deur openstond voor iedereen, zonder personeel aan de balie
