El departamento increible, muy bonita su decoración, solo la alberca privada del departamento el agua helada, no la pudimos usar; las albercas comunes muy padres y tranquilas

The property was great and many pools to choose from there is no paved street so it’s a little bit bumpy to get there, but luckily it’s not so far from the main road Kukulkan.

It’s a beautiful property of course and the shuttle.

The shower floor wasn’t very clean for one, secondly the location which is within a gravel road, which you cannot even take a walk to a shop. The roof top restaurant looks so deserted, as if it was not even operational. I really wished I had chosen MISTIQ Tulum instead, the location seemed much better and there were proper restaurants.

Positif: L’architecture du bâtiment est super belle avec ces nombreuses piscines. Que dire du restaurant sur le toit, c’était super bon et le service l’était tout autant. Le logement était spacieuse pour un loft. D’ailleurs ce dernier avait un accès direct à la piscine. Négatif: La rue n’est pas pavée donc c’est poussiéreux sur la propriété. Et c’est difficile de circuler avec une voiture ou un scooter puisque la route de terre est très abîmée. Il est pratiquement impossible de se déplacer à pied puisque l’hébergement se trouve entre le centre ville et la plage (45 minutes). Malgré ce dernier bémol nous avons adoré l’hébergement et Tulum en général. C’est un endroit à découvrir avant que ça soit bondé de touriste.

we've been in love with that place, the design and architecture. It is modern and stunning. So much greens, we felt like in juggles in good way . The view from the roof is amazing !

The location is not far away from the center or the beach (10 minutes by car) but there are not any pathways for the walks. The roads around the property are horrible as there new construction sites.

Room was nice, but stay somewhere else.

1. Coffee machine no coffee 2. No support as to where amenities are. Took us about 45 minutes to find the gym 3. a shuttle is offered but again, limited information and times available 4. Location is 45 mins from town and 45 mins to beach via walking 5. Local taxi drivers try to charge upwards of $20 for a 10 min drive 6. Pre-booked early taxi to catch bus to next destination. Was confirmed that it was booked. Arrived to be told it was not. Instead, they booked another one on the spot, which cost double and we nearly missed our bus as a result. 7. No staff on hand whatsoever. Only saw staff clean the pool. No supportive network if anything went wrong 8. Water went out twice during a 5 night stay. 9. Charged us for a dirty towel that stained due to whatever substance was in the floor by the shower. Didn’t provide a floor mat for the shower so we had to use a towel so we didn’t slip on the floor.
