Stylish 2BR Apt in Valletta by Buena Vista

The apartment is in an excellent location in old town Valleta. It is close to everything. It is in good condition and functional. My only discomfort was the very long list of terms and conditions which included the price of electricity if you went over the allotment, an itemized list of every item in the apartment left in the apartment with a price in case there was any damage, and a detailed way of how to keep the apartment clean. This made me feel like I was walking on eggs and hard to relax.

Great central location

Big, clean(with towels), quiet apartment in the centre of the town(2 min away from the main street and 10 min away from the bus stations). I recommend it for sure. The host responded to our messages and questions immediately and was clear and friendly. If you have any doubts about the power limit usage we used 2 ac at night and we didn't get off the limit

Fantastic location. Very comfortable beds. Communication with hosts was excellent. I had read other reviews that said that there was no lift and no one to help with luggage - for us the lift was working. Even though we arrived about 2am we were met at the airport by a lovely host (for a late fee which was fine by us) who gave us a lot of information on the drive to the apartment. Highly recommend this option. I also read other reviews that said that the place was dirty, but we did not find it dirty inside the apartment. All was clean and tidy, although being in an apartment building meant that the communal entrance was a little unkempt. The sofas were a bit worn but that was the only thing. Being in an historic part of Malta, the building is very old and characterful - if you want a brand new hotel then go for that, this is not what this apartment is. Having said that, the kitchen and bathrooms were all of a good standard. The air con worked very well. I read in reviews that there were concerns by others about being charged extra for electricity - this was not a problem for us. We used air con at night, and turned it off when we were out as it cooled things down very quickly when turned on.

Perfect location as all the main attractions, shops and restaurants were a short walk. The bus terminal is a few minutes walk where you can catch buses to explore the island. They are clean snd the service is regular. Spacious apartment with everything you need

Location of the apartment is excellent. It is right in the middle of Valetta close to all the main attractions, restaurants, ferry connections. We used Bolt to get places across Malta & the ferry terminal in Sliema. We didn't have to wait for than 2 minutes for any of the journeys. The bed was comfortable. The sitting room & kitchen area were good. We had break fast & light dinners. Coffee machine was good. Netflix can be connected. There is a Spar nearby for essentials (a bit pricey due to location).

As this is managed by a company, it depends on who you get on the other side of the line. We were not given the instructions to access the keys. I had to ring the management company & get the code to the security box to get the keys. There was a power outage on the first day for about an hour or so. We found out through google that it was a planned outage in the area. It would have been helpful if the management company had sent us some sort of notification so we couldn't have worried. Nobody answered the out of hours maintenance phone number either. This is mainly for the company to better their process as the apartment & location was really good.
