Stylish 2BR Apt in Valletta by Buena Vista

Excellent location. Remodeled apartment. Comfy beds.

Great location, very friendly and helpful property managers. Very comfortable for 2 couples.

The living room did get a bit draughty and the apt needed heating from time to time (this was early March), but the reverse cycle aircons (3 in total) worked very well when required.

Great, spacious apartment. All well organized. At walking distance from everything (monuments, restaurants, supermarket, bus station).

LOVED this apartment!! I don't know if you could get a better location. Just perfect. Great space, large & comfortable, everything you need, including washing machine. A good lift, quiet street yet nearby to everything beautiful Valletta has to offer. I would stay here again in a minute, thank you for the exceptional accommodations.

The location was excellent right in the centre of Valletta and near all the bars, restaurants and attractions. The property was spacious and attractive with high and ceilings and stone walls. The lift was working. The facilities were good with washing machine. The agents looking after the property were very responsive.

Apartment was spacious, modern and in a fantastic location, coffee & tea was provided with some basic supplies in the kitchen ( guessing left by other guests )

Before we arrived we were told we needed to pay €250 deposit and sent a long lease rental agreement which needed to be signed before they would send us check in details- felt this was over the top for a 4 night stay. Also stated in the rental agreement was if electricity usage was over 25kw per day we would be charged, we were too afraid to put the air conditioner on and so it was very hot during our stay. The directions to the hotel and the lock box was not great and we were told we were on the 2nd floor but we were not, it was very confusing. Thankfully the lift was working. There was dishwashing tablets but nothing for the washing machine. No shampoo's etc either. One of the showers flooded the whole floor everytime it was used. Everything seemed clean but the floor, there was a lot of balls of hair on the floor and our feet were filthy from walking barefoot in the apartment. Bed in second bedroom was very uncomfortable. Had to send a photo of keys left on the table when we left the apartment at the end of the stay. Whole experience staying here was not a relaxing one.

We left the apartment because Buena vista advertised false information about the accessibility and the condition of the property We were not refunded Very disappointed

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. The property has maintenance works on, hammering and drilling noises start from 7 am till late . Buena vista advertised the property with lift access and when we couldn’t use it they took our money for 10 days and we only used it for 4 nights and left it because it is not fit for purpose. The smell of dust and mold is terrible and especially in the master room.

The Location was great and the actual apartment was nicely appointed.

The building was in a state of renovation and the building appearance, the entrance door and the stairwell was dirty and poor as there was a lot of scaffolding. There was a 74 step climb to our apartment, therefore not suitable for aged or partly disabled travellers. The limited view was hindered by the scaffolding. There was no general detailed instructions for use of the appliances in the apartment. There was also no clothes drier and we were only given 1 towel per person for our 6 night stay. Kitchen utensils were limited.
