직원분들 모두 친절하고 응대가 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓고 바다 성산일출봉 전망이 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 청소나 침구 청결을 중요시 하는데, 제가 느끼기엔 관리가 잘되어있어 만족스러웠습니다. 단품으로 구성된 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 훈데르트 바서파크와 산책로 및 성산일출봉 전망 카페 등이 있어서, 가볍게 산책하며 즐기기에도 좋았습니다. 기상악화로 배가 결항 되었을때도, 고객을 위한 유연한 대처가 정말 최고였습니다.

제가 묵었던 A동은 엘리베이터가 없어서 2~3층 숙박시에는 캐리어를 들고 계단을 올라야 하는게 좀 힘들지만, 체크인/아웃 때 잠깐씩 힘쓰는거라 크게 무리가 없었습니다.

숙소 내부가 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 실내 인테리어도 깨끗했구요.. 숙소에서 바라보는 전망은 성산일출봉을 배경으로 정말 멋졌습니다. 단점이라면 3층짜리 건물이다 보니 엘리베이터가 없어 캐리어를 들고 이동해야 한다는 것 정도?? 푹 쉬다 갑니다~
