Obviously the views are to die for! The windows were so well placed and made this place very special. Pretty well stocked for cooking a meal. Loved that they had a pour over too! Dishwasher was another nice feature. My husband loved the shower, one of the nicest showers we've had on this trip. Bathroom was small, but fine for us. First full length mirror we've had at our places... That is also nice. We really appreciated the early/late check-in. We didn't get there early, but we're thankful we didn't have to rush out the next morning. I would absolutely love to stay again. They don't seem to do the little tastings of whiskey anymore... As others have mentioned in the previous post. There wasn't really any sort of welcome basket. Many other places we've stayed have had that.

Lack of storage. Would be really nice to have a few foldable suitcase holders and hooks in the bedroom. You are kind of forced to put everything on the floor. Not ideal. Because this place is so well insulated, it keeps the heat in. We couldn't resist the fireplace and had it on for the evening, the heat stayed in all night. Thankfully they have two small fans to keep the air flowing. There are no screens on the windows, so you kind of have to make the choice of having airflow with insects or stuffy. Insects love to bite me, so we had to keep them closed. Probably time to block off a little time to do a little deeper cleaning. There were cobb webs on the wall and dust on the light fixtures.
