Blue Ocean Bingin

For me, the only reason to stay here would be the incredible ocean & sunset view. It's breathtaking. The bedroom was lovely. Bed very comfy. That was all pretty clean and the staff friendly. They also helped carry my luggage on arrival and departure, which I was very grateful for. Excellent wifi.

Access to the property and the beach is challenging with many steep uneven steps. Doable with reasonable fitness but gets arduous in the heat needing to negotiate them every time you want to go anywhere. At night, there is minimal lighting for the stairs and none in many parts. No food or drink is available on site. Luckily, it didn't rain as that would have been awful trying to negotiate the steps/walk to get to a restaurant or warung. The bathroom wasn't that clean. The bath tub and sink looked filthy. There were ants all over the wall & sink too. Generally the bathroom smelt awful and had no ventilation other than the open trellis above the towel rail. That is something to be mindful of as well because on the morning I left I got up early (6am) to use the loo, as I went back to the bedroom I heard a massive bang from the bathroom. Thought what the hell was that, went back to look and there was a 2 metre long snake(!) 😲 making its way from the bath tub & up the sink unit!!! It clearly came in during the night through the open trellis and me going in to use the loo disturbed it!! There were no staff on duty until 7am by which time it had gone. I appreciate there are snakes on Bali but I wouldn't really expect to find one in a "4*" (it's not!) accommodation! Overall the accommodation was average, difficult to access and the price of it is clearly just paying for the views. I'm well travelled and not a luxury hotel holiday person at all but I've system in much nicer places for much less money.

A beautiful location and lovely, clean room just a few (steep) steps away from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Uluwatu.

the facility was not safe... walking on the stairs in the room and and the handrail around the bed were good enough as there is a danger of falling...

The journey to get to the hotel is challenging, the walk could be exhausting The power kept going off the second day there

OMG the views!! This was the best decision I ever did! Far out it was the most amazing location and best for photos! The monkey coming across the balcony!

It’s not safe around the bed. The glass table and as you go up to the bed you need to walk at the edge of the bed which is only one foot size away from falling down to the glass table. I actually tripped on the balcony door on the top as I didn’t see the step on the bottom and honestly that one little high railing is really dangerous. Just a heads up! Also the door at the top is not stopping when you close it . It BANGS.
