Please be advised that our property is only reachable by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests should be reasonably fit and able to climb stairs to reach their room. We recommend that guests avoid bringing heavy or bulky luggage, as this may pose a challenge when climbing the stairs. Our staff will be happy to assist with luggage upon check-in and check-out, but please be mindful of this when booking your stay. There is construction going on in the neighborhood from 8 AM to 5 PM until August 28th, 2024. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to potential daytime noise, we are offering reduced rates. By booking this villa, you agree to this noise and must follow the cancellation policy.

"Beautiful views, needs to fix their aircon problems though"

The view is perfect - the walk and stairs is quite a struggle with suitcases but the staff will help if you request. The set up and views from the bed, balconies and lounge room are just incredible.

The aircon only works from midnight til about 10-11am. It will continue to blow air but it will be room temperature and not the temperature it’s set on, so that was a struggle on very hot days. The electricity did go out for a quite a few hours which is not the fault of blue ocean or their staff but it’s just a reminder to people who stay there that this does happen unfortunately.

The location was amazing, right on the beach with a view of the surf break. Lovely to have a morning coffee and watch the sunrise

There are a lot of steps! But it’s worth it for the location
