Can’t get better location in Bali

Views were fantastic, looked exactly like the photos. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The stairs were a nightmare, to traverse anywhere you have to climb steep, uneven and often wet stairs. In the loft, protecting the second floor from falling is a single wooden beam, a huge falling hazard. What you are paying for is the view, not much more, and it is quite expensive for Bali

Only the ocean view. Personnel is helpful and nice.

Basic facilities and a lot of stairs and a long walking path to reach the room which makes it very difficult to go anywhere else. You cannot get out of that zone every day due to the stairs and heat. Close to bingin beach. Very expensive for what you get. You can get easily so much better with a less price. I would never book again, only good thing is the view, but that’s it. A hassle to go below and upstairs again with the heat and you are stuck in that zone of bingin beach.

The views are undoubtedly incredible, the accomodation was clean and the staff were super friendly and accomodating. Seeing the monkeys pass by on occasion was surreal.

This accomodation is only suitable for relatively fit people for a short stay only. Appreciate that having cliff side ocean view accomodation will undoubtedly require steps and a bit of a trek so I won’t say that was a negative but rather should be highlighted that anybody with an injury, heart condition (steps are very steep) or any mobility issues should not stay here. While we didn’t travel with children, the open cliff side balcony is also not suitable for children. For the price of $450AUD a night the value for money is just not there. Simple things like the bathroom needing a fan, the towels being gross and building work all day - it would have been acceptable had we paid half that price but if you charge luxury prices then a higher standard is expected. There are no amenities at all. We tried ordering breakfast from the optional menu which comes from an external cafe so we could enjoy the view on our first morning and from our first text to receiving the food was 1hr and a half.

Really out dated place. Dead bugs in the room when we arrived. The stairs are terrible. Over all, well over priced.
