Please be advised that our property is only reachable by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests should be reasonably fit and able to climb stairs to reach their room. We recommend that guests avoid bringing heavy or bulky luggage, as this may pose a challenge when climbing the stairs. Our staff will be happy to assist with luggage upon check-in and check-out, but please be mindful of this when booking your stay. There is construction going on in the neighborhood from 8 AM to 5 PM until August 28th, 2024. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to potential daytime noise, we are offering reduced rates. By booking this villa, you agree to this noise and must follow the cancellation policy.

"I would stay here again, but only if I had a light bag and was arriving during daylight."

It was nice and close to Bingin Beach, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished.

Lacked some creature comforts and I discovered the food from the menu for food delivery was delivered to the top of the hill, and for that you would have been better off just eating at a nearby cafe or on the beach. If you are arriving on a late flight and you are on your own this location is not recommended. It was confusing and a little scary to find the place in the dark steps with little to no signage. If the staff did not come and look for me I would have never found it.

"Pure bliss"

Such a beautiful piece of paradise in a magnificent location. We felt truly in heaven an so relaxed waking up each morning to the incredible view of Bingin beach and the staff were all so lovely and hospitable

We only wish we could have stayed longer

"Exhausting but beautiful."

Villa was beautiful! Views were beautiful! Staff were friendly. Location was amazing. Ocean was clear and warm. What they don’t tell you is that the parking is at the top of the cliff and there are stairs to take down to the villa and the beach. Some of them steep and small… But manageable if it’s not too hot…
