This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in despite being 4 stars. When we checked in, our room was connected to the reception with the only thing in between our balcony/porch area and the reception being a thin see through curtain. Then there were workers in our rooms fixing broken lights whilst we were out without giving us any prior warning and not allowing us to come back into the room, leaving us standing outside wet and sandy from the beach for half an hour. The bathroom is atrocious and had mould on it, no shower curtain so the bathroom just floods. The bed was squeaky, old and as hard as concrete. The entire room had a really odd smell about it and did not look anything as spacious as the pictures set out to be. Staff were very unhelpful and didn’t understand our requests regarding wifi, moving rooms etc. The wifi broke on the secound night we were there and the staff didn’t fix it before we checked out at lunchtime the next day. Overall, paying over $300 AUD a night can get you a room at the Hilton in Sydney, instead we stayed at this trash.

Amazing views of the ocean and the staff were nice, helpful and accomodating.

We stayed in the top floor apartment. The apartment was old, things were rusty, the aircon was dripping, the shower flooded every time you showered which made the whole bathroom wet, the room wasn’t vacuumed so there was always sand and things on the floor. One night we came back and there were bugs ALL over the apartment and bed - pretty gross. There were also far too many stairs, we’d stayed on this cliff before in a different apartment which was a bit further up and the stairs were not nearly as bad. We ate a fit couple and the stairs became the death of us by the end of the trip they made us not want to leave the room. It was also a hazard to go anywhere when it was raining as the stairs were dangerous to climb. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Location is good if you want to be close to the beach. Also the view is very nice. Friendly personal. Clean room.

Access is not easy, long walk and stairs. In front of the living room is the terrace where people pass by. No wardrobe at all (you live out of your suitcase and don‘t really find a place where to put it).
