Upkeep of rooms and all the facilities can be much better. The building has aged too quickly, broken windows, peeled off paint, noisy air conditioning, old/worn out towels, etc. needs fixing. Staff is really great however.

The property is modern and very well-maintained. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food at the restaurant—everything was fresh and delicious. The check-in process was smooth, and the mountain views from the hotel are a beautiful bonus. Will definitely stay here again. Mr Nikhil and Ms Roshil, are very helpful and supportive

The hotel staff could have been more cooperative. Even though rooms were available, early check-in was not accommodated. Overall, the stay did not feel like value for money.

Nice and clean property. 10/10 for cleanliness. Food was so so. Not much options for breakfast.

The front desk male executive. They claim that 24x7 pick and drop facility is available through shuttle(though chargeable). But if you try to book the cab for any moment in advance they do not confirm. They say that you come to reception and then ask for cab. They will provide if they wish at that time. We were in touch with them throughout the journey to katra requesting them to arrange pickup from katta station to hotel. When we reached station, they have stopped picking up the phone. We reached hotel anyhow through auto and observed that the phone was ringing but reception person was just staring to the phon. Absolutely gross. No service. Again On the day we came back from yatra, they have not picked up the phone. On the day when we were leaving the hotel for station, the same executive told us that the cab is booked now by somebody else. We objected saying that when we are asking for booking since four hours and you are telling that no advance booking will be taken then how somebody booked it? Then he has given us the cab. He was trying to fool us !!!! The cab was paid at the counter and then when we reached near station, the cab driver asked rs 100 more for dropping us in the station in the name of station parking charges. The summary is that you don’t believe on their claim of 24x7 cab availability.

My stay was very nice. Mr Nikhil and ms roshi assisted throughout the stay. Facilities are good. I want to give special mention to breakfast it tastes so yummy .
