Breakfast was great, despite of cooking gas shortage and notice that limited menu is available, kitchen and restaurant staff did a great job to address customer requirements and provided a friendly and great experience. Entire Ramada staff was very polite, courteous and professional.

Managing Taxis at the Hotel can be improved, we had booked a trip in advance still had to wait as there were many people checking out and leaving at the same time and the small parking and pickup area was choked. Not a huge issue but worth noting and ironing out in a planned way. Overall, I would say it was all positive, with no negative just a room for improvement.
