部屋にカメムシが何匹も出た。 部屋の机は清掃されていなく、コップの跡みたいなのが付いていた。 エアコンは効かない、ドライヤーは弱い。コンセントは少ない。 大浴場のシャワーはなかなかお湯が出ない。 予約時には何も書いてなかったが、部屋の風呂が使えなかった。 また受付の時にも案内はされなかった。

"混雑している時期だから仕方がないが、あまりまた使いたいと言う感じではなかった。フロント係の女性は外国人ながら一生懸命やっている感はあって、概ねよかった。"

スタッフがひとり（外国人）しかいなかった。大変そうだったが一生懸命やっている感じはあって、まあまあ満足。

トイレ内にわずかだが水がもっていた。上の階もトイレだとすると、オシッコが漏れているのではないかとあまりいい感じではなかった。
