Edinburgh Stay Parking Nr City Centre & Haymarket

Good location , 20 min walk to edinburgh Castle and Other attractions. Private parking was a bonus.

Sofa bed in living room was not that comfortable but ok for kids

The approach from Breadblane side is not at all convenient with luggage. Very narrow and it's the last house. Better to approach from Richmond Terrace side. The waste from dustbin is strewn all over the front yard. The entry into apartment is bad. Broken lock replaced with shoddy carpentry. The room heaters didn't function. The washing machine didn't function. The bed room cupboard was stacked with many household items on top. The sofa bed didn't have the white elastic sheet cover. The duvet n towels looked used and crumpled. The wash basin is so tiny that water splashes out. The cabinet knob was missing. The entire place looked run down.

The location was great- the neighborhood is not fancy, but it’s charming and is within walking distance to tourist destinations and good food.

It was a just a little dingy.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to Haymarket and trams or 25 minutes into the city. Well appointed, quiet residential area with off street parking.

Unfortunately, the springs on one side of the mattress has completely gone so we didn’t sleep well at all. However, if this was replaced we would stay here again.

Nothing really. Could maybe give better directions and explain if you are in a car you will gain entrance from a different street

We loved the location and the flat. We were pleasantly surprised by everything — the space, the cozy views, the parking spot, the walkability, the surrounding neighborhood, the nearby pubs, and more! We talk frequently (even still, 2 months later) about how much we loved our stay, and often return to the flat in our minds when we think of Edinburgh. Go to Ryrie's Bar and Haymarket right around the corner!!!!!

Some of the instructions felt unclear especially regarding the wifi (which I could luckily reset and troubleshoot by myself as I couldn't get a response that evening), and I'm not sure if the lockbox was locked when we got there. None of this really took away from our stay, but it was a minor obstacle.

The location was perfect. It was close to a train station and close to all of the main attractions in town. The neighborhood had a great vibe with so many options for dinner and grocery stores. It was super cute.

The lockbox code provided in email was different than what was provided in text messages an hour before check in causing my daughter to be stuck outside for a bit before we figured it out. There were no pillow cases nor flat sheets for the bed in the main room and the living room didn't exactly match the pictures.

The property is in an ideal location and has parking which was excellent. The owner had sent instructions on how to get to the property and where to find the entry gate which was very helpful as google maps was not entirely clear. You can walk into the city centre quite easily. The property itself was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The bins were overflowing so there was a bit of rubbish strewn around the front yard.
