Location and traditional design of the rooms Very simple but beautiful. The cleaning ladies did excellent job and really made sure the room was clean and comfortable

I was charged 5% extra for paying using visa card. Apparently this is a bank charge. Nothing was mentioned about this when I made the booking. I felt short changed and basically cheated. The hotel should not charge customers for their own bank charges.

Aisha from the front desk is an angel. She took me to Forodhani and we got lost in Stone Town. It was an amazing experience. The front desks and the whole hotel crew are amazing people and I’ll for sure stay there when I’m back to Zanzibar.

The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for Stonetown. Everything was within a walking distance.

The hot water from the geyser doesn’t last too long. The limited amount of choices when it comes to the breakfast - they can definitely improve on that.

Nice property at vwry convent place in Stone Town. All the staffa including manager ẁere very understanding and helpful. Highly recommended

The location is good, value for money. Staff are helpful. Breacfastbis simple but good.

As an old building boutique hotel, no lift is available. A bit inside, so you need to draf your suitcases in an alleyway for a few minutes.
