Emerald Palm Courtyard Hotel

he pasado unos dias geniales en Stone town gracias a la excelente acogida que he tenido en este hotel. Su relación precio y ubicación es total. Parece que está lejos de todo pero solo caminas 8 minutos de un agradable paseo y ya estas en el centro del casco antiguo. afuera hay muchos restaurantes locales muy baratos y con excelente comida

Location was perfect for exploring stone town.

I needed the beach so we moved to another area of the island. Thank you for the flexibility and assistance during our stay.

Dont have a window for some fresh air.

It was clean, with kettle and tea, coffee etc Air conditioning and fan in room were powerful. Was clean. Wifi worked well. Main receptionist was nice enough, the others would just stare.

No telly in room No full length mirrow just one in the bathroom. Key tags were huged and could not fit my bag, bit dine to leave key with reception. No fridge

The breakfast was good.

Toiletries were not available in the room. The hotel should make sure they have all essentials to keep a guest comfortable.

The location is great, there are several restaurants and street food vendors nearly.

The WiFi signal was very weak. I had to go to the corridor in order to get a stable WiFiconnection.

The property is centrally situated. You can easily walk around Stone Town’s heritage sites. Air-con and fan was a life saver, in the heat. The mozzie net was useful and also aesthetically pleasing.

There was no drinking water in the rooms. The hot water was intermittent and the toilet could not flush. The breakfast menu was bland. There needed to be more variety. We only had the option of cereal on day 2, which was only cornflakes.
