Polek Hotel

チェックイン時は電気ケトルやコーヒーカップが部屋に無かったりしましたが、2日目にはマネージャーらしき女性が何故かお詫びの言葉と共に電気ケトルもコーヒーカップも準備してくれました。CRMがしっかりしていて、朝食も美味しく、立地もバスターミナル行バス停や港にも近くとても便利で快適なホテルでした。 チャナッカレ滞在時には同ホテルをお勧めします。

Şehrin merkezinde çok keyifli bir otel... Özellikle personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi...

We all was so pleased with the service in the hotel. Everyone we had to contact for any reason went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Yes it's not super luxurious and big hotel, the parking around the property is limited ( behind the hotel was paid parking with nice service too), but everything was sparkling clean and in excellent condition. If I would stay there again, and I strongly recommend it.

Odalar küçük, 3 kisilik bir aile olarak 2 gun zorlandık. Konumu iyi, Canakkale gezisi icin uygun bir lokasyon. Ancak park yeri ciddi sıkıntı, bu konuda otelin musterine destek olacak bir cozum bulması gerekir. Kahvaltısı klasik otel kahvaltısı, ama iyinin altinda puanliyorum.

Location, free parking nearby, some english speaking personnel

The position of the hotel is quite ok, the rest of things are pretty bad.

The bed was super uncomfortable, the room wasn’t very clean and above everything the hotel doesn’t have a parking space. The parking is on the other side of the road and basically it’s just pure luck to find a spot. The price is way higher than the quality of the service, facilities and room.

We arrived around midnight at the hotel and the staff ensured we had a quick check in with our small babies.

We could’ve done with breakfast being ready from 7am as we needed to be on the road early however it didn’t start until 7.30 therefore we didn’t have breakfast.
