They wanted to pay in euro, and i asked to pay in turkish lira,because i already have it on my credit card. And when i made the math, they charged me extra because i payed in turkish lira, so i ended up paying 12€ more. the discounts i had on my genius account on booking did not applied.

The staff was very kind. The breakfast was very tasty and in a very pleasant environment. It was clean.

Very good located, just in the center. Nice breakfast with lots of choices, but it depends also on the time you get to breakfast, as not all the hot dishes are renewed in time. There are 2 buildings connected to each other and depending on your selection for type of room you will be placed to one of them (entrance is the same). Upper rooms available by lift in both buildings. We had an issue with the TV in one of the rooms we have booked. The staff tried to solve it, however it was outside of their skills and special team had to be called. For 1 night stay, we didn't really needed.

Parking in on the street in front of the hotel and cannot be reserved as they mention. Depending on your luck, you can find a place closer or not to the hotel entrance.
