The property was new, clean, and modern. Really cozy environment and close from the center. We are grateful for Monica (management employee) who helped us and try to fix our internet and hot water problems. She was friendly, approacheable, and kind for suggesting us places to visit, shoot out for her.

HOT WATER FOR LESS THAN 5MIN. We couldn't take a full shower because the water tank was too small (40L). After 5min of lukewarm water, we were running out of hot water. Even after management intervention, nothing improved. We would truly appreciate the place if we could have at least wash our hair in more than 5min or not in 2 times like the first night. INTERNET NOT ENOUGH FOR VIDEOCALL. We had to work and do videocalls, but the internet speed was such that we couldn't do it and had to find another solution. Even after management came up with a proposition that didn't work for us until the last night before our departure.
