El servicio No tenían personal en el front desk La llave de la habitación no funcionaba. Reclamé y en toda mi estadía no lo solucionaron. Nos costaba ingresar a la habitación por el tema llave. El servicio de limpieza bastante pobre. Tuve que ir a buscar papel higiénico al cuarto de servicio porque no nos repusieron . No nos repusieron agua en toda nuestra estadía. Las toallas viejas y duras.

The hotels pictures and reviews are deceiving. The room is tiny, the bathroom is disgusting and the service is horrific. The only positive is the location. There is no one working there (besides someone who comes to clean in the AM) so if you have a problem, you have to hope for an answer via WhatsApp. The first time I messaged them for more towels and toilet paper, they told me I’d have to wait till the next day. The second time I texted them because we were completely out of toilet paper, so they gave me the code to a closet to get more. The closet was double locked with a key so the keypad was useless so we had to use tissues for toilet paper. The shower is horrific. It’s beyond dirty and rusted. It’s totally unacceptable. The bathroom is generally quite worn down. Although we originally thought the price of the hotel was good, the lack of service and overall uncleanliness, makes it seem overpriced for what we got.

Friendliness of staff (when they are there)

In a previous visit, there use to be more "snacks" by the hot water urn. But it is not that important.

Un peu de bruit le soir car on est proche de la route mais c’est pas méchant

Is not a real hotel, there s no one there. When asked for fixing a fallen curtain i have been answered that the handyman was not there for a fee days. Moreover they were always leaving unlocked the room after cleaning it.
