"Mystery hotel...Incommunidado"

I have tried to contact them using emails, Whatsapp and the "hotel" website and there is no answer. I am affraid they will not honor my reservation and take the money. Absolutely nobody answers and no staff. I just hope it is not a scam. I am very worried.
