We arrived at the hotel and it was not easy to find it. There was a horrible smell of sewage at the entrance. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to welcome us. The room was open. We asked the representative who spoke to us on WhatsApp for towels. He said they would come in the morning, which did not happen. While taking a shower, the heavy shower door fell on me and hit my head and shoulder. Apart from an apology, they did not bother to check on my well-being. There was not even milk for coffee in the morning. In short, the hotel is not recommended at all. It is very expensive for the price. I will never go back there and will not recommend it to others.

קיבלנו חדר שמסתבר שהוא היה עם דלת מקשרת לחדר נוסף הדבר לא מצויין בעת בחירת החדרים. זה בא לידי ביטוי בחוסר בידוד חריג. כל צעד ביד ליד שומעים. ובמקרה נפלנו על חבורת בנות נערות שבואו לשתות ולחגוג ולא הפסיקו לצרוח גם באמצע הלילה כשהם חזרו מהמסיבה הם הפריעו לכל החדרים אבל אנחנו סבלנו הרבה יותר. התלוננו לצוות אבל אין להם מה לעשות. זה פשוט הזיה ששמים אותך בחדר עם דלת מקשרת. באנו לנוח ויצאנו יותר עייפים מאיך שהגענו. מאכזב מאוד.

The location was excellent - right next to Mamilla mall

If you are reading this, please NEVER stay in this hotel. Both my room and my kids rooms were robbed by the cleaning staff. Each day something else would go missing - first day £170 in cash was taken from my bag, second day - my daughter's Chalotte Tilsbury bronzer was taken, third day my daughter's airpods and my fake airpods. All of these were small items that they obviously thought they could get away with taking. When I asked the cleaning lady about these items, she suggested we hadn't looked properly for them. As soon as she stopped talking to us she got on the phone to someone and spoke quite animatedly in another language. I said if the items were returned to us we would not take this further. They were not. So, We reported the crime to the manager who claimed not to speak English so it all needed to be done by text. He did not listed to a word we said and said this kind of incident has never happened in his four years as manager. At the same time, my daughter looked at past reviews online and theft has been reported quite a few times. When I mentioned this to the manager he became aggressive. I tried to go to the police to report this but it was my last night in Israel and they said it was a four hour wait to speak to a police officer. Please, please, please do not go to this place. The bulding isnot secure as they leave the front door always open. The manager sits at the reception desk about two hours a day - I wouldn't trust him anyway. The keys to the rooms are left on the cleaning lady's trolly which is left in reception. Anyone can come into your room. I do not believe the 'safe' is safe either. Apart from this, there is a lot of noise coming into the rooms at all hours of the day as there is a building site next door and the rooms are always stuffy. The curtains also do not block out the light. Please stay somewhere else - I would not want you to suffer the stress me and my family suffered.

We feel the sheets werent changed, we found hair on the beds. The beds were comfortable which we did sleep well. The elevator to get up to the 5th floor was scary so we didn’t use. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Won’t be staying again, but location was amazing
