Please note that construction work is taking place next door on the doorstep from 08:00 to 17:00, and some units may be affected by noise. Due to the possible daytime noise, we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not stayed. Please be advised that there is a gym located next to the villa. Due to the gym's close proximity, there may be some noise that could be heard within the villa during business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest taking this into consideration when booking your stay. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID upon arrival. Guests must sign the property's T&C upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
