The location.

To access the accommodation you need a fob, which is with the key that is outside your chalet in a key box, so getting to it without a fob is tricky!! Also after pre paying for the accommodation I was unaware that they wanted a €300 security deposit that was refundable (so held on a card basically) this was apparently in the small print however, not obvious as it was a shock to me as I was on my way. Also the patio door was so difficult to lock, they sent a maintenance man to take a look and he could lock it, but we still couldn’t lock it, so I didn’t like that as it felt not secure to leave. It was ok but I was disappointed, they did try to address these issues for me though.

Excellent location . Great views . Considering the area was busy of a night it was extremely peaceful sleeping . It was a bit smaller the we imagined and you wouldn’t want more them 3 or 4 people maximum in there but it was clean and had everything you needed Not really any negatives , kitchen sink hot water did not go above 25 degrees but that was just picking . Shower was plenty hot enough . Felt it was slightly overpriced but it was the Brighton marathon weekend so maybe at a premium . All in all was a pleasant stay but we were blessed with excellent weather

The place was cramped and over priced. Also was asked to pay a deposit last minute which was refunded but came as a surprise. Property location is okay but there are better options available.

Lovely area.

Quite difficult to get to from the car park. Would be very difficult for the disabled. Stairs in accommodation very treacherous.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. Close to restaurants, petrol station and an Asda.. Had everything you needed for a great stay. The washing machine, iron etc are great extras.

The stairs up to the bedroom are very narrow. Hold on going up and down and they're fine

Unique spot, close to Brighton city, a very different experience, memorable.

Maybe too small for 3, but not a big issue.

I have visited Brighton many times in different hotels and this was the best location ever. Waking up to Marina views, colourful sunrises and sunsets was simply stunning!
