The view is really great. Taking a walk in the morning with good weather would definitely make you a surprise. Although the room is small, you can get everything you need. A well equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby made our stay comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful.

The parking is not on premises and 3min walking away. The booking process was far more complicated than i thought. A small damage cover fee was required in addition. Although the instruction was clear, for a foreigner like me who just booked on arrival it was tough. It took me a long to check and receive all the emails i needed.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at On The Water 4 in Brighton's Marina. The unbeatable location offers easy access to the pier, various activities, restaurants, quaint shops, and the nearby Asda supermarket. Don't miss the Malika Indian restaurant just a minute's walk away. The free parking in a multi-level car park adds to the convenience of staying here. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with amenities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi. The My Getaways team's hospitality was top-notch, and the self check-in process via the My Getaways app made the experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend On The Water 4 for an unforgettable stay in Brighton Marina.

The property has recently been decorated and has a modern feel. This is lovely and marked great use of the space.

Access to the upper floor is via a very slim sets of steps. Those with any kind of mobility will struggle. We encountered several issues: The property still had the dirty linen from the previous guests left in a cupboard. There was no fan in the bathroom so showering was not pleasant, the balcony had a fire bucket full of the previous guests’ cigarette butts and the balcony floor also had butts on the floor. We also found a false nail under the rug on the floor, a sign it had not been swept after the previous guests. Finally, we had poor weather, which would never be an issue for us - however the lack of guttering fixed to the property allowed that the rain drip constantly and sounded like bullets hitting a wall. We had an awful night’s sleep. We were also disappointed to find that most of the eateries in the area had closed down. The advert describes the Marina as a bright and vibrant place. It is far from it. Just four places remain open! Overall we were really disappointed and next time will make sure we stay in Brighton not by the marina.

If I could give them 100 instead of 10 I would. The property was amazing, staff were awesome and so helpful. I recommend everyone use mygetaways.

it was cozy and in a great location

The location was great and the property was nice and warm. There were tea/coffee making bit’s and salt and pepper sachets…and some toiletries in bathroom. Plenty of eateries/Asda/cinema etc nearby. Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Only downside were the stairs which are very steep and narrow. And getting to the property location you go up a metal ramp which was a bit slippery. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property for elderly or disabled people. And the taps took a little working out.
