Esplanade Hotel Llandudno

Very helpful staff

The staff team were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beach front snd closest all amenities. There was an excellent resteraunt onsite and a carpark with free parking. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is part way through renovation and the public areas look fantastic, I believe the rooms will be done later this year.

The rooms were dated but these were to be renovated later this year.

Stains on carpets

The location is good as you are on the prom and walking distance to the shops. The breakfast choice was good as well. The staff in the restaurant were very nice.

We had a seafront room and it has to be the smallest hotel room I have stayed in. Having been here many times over the years when it was family run it has been updated but obviously to the sacrifice of the rooms.
