Esplanade Hotel Llandudno

A warm friendly and informative welcome. We had accessable room, no shower chair in room. I requested one at reception and it was brought to me within 5 minutes. Accessable for wheelchair users is around the back of the hotel and is excellent. Restaurant was excellent, staff noticed to have very good memory for guests orders, and specific requirements . Breakfast was superb.

Just one thing was a little tricky managing bedroom door and wheelchair .. Maybe put a magnetic plate or slow closing arm on the door so you had a little longer to get out.

Ideal location and parking available.

Excellent choice for breakfast and quality food. Location on the Seafront was perfect. Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

A lift at each end of the hotel would have helped, but a minor issue.

Overall nice stay. Comffy bed. Carpets bit gruby. Bit overpriced in the goat restraunt for pub grub quality but was a nice vosit nice stay

Excellent location right overlooking the beach and close to the pier. Nice clean rooms with everything you may need. Extra pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kettle and water and tea/ coffee making facilities. Free car park at the rear if spaces available on arrival. Friendly helpful staff.
