Conon Hotel

An excellent hotel which met all our needs. The food choice was excellent and everything was well cooked. An excellent location for touring the Highlands.

Nothing not to like however a handrail on the right hand side of the stairs would be really useful for us oldies

No handrail on the right going up the stairs thus would be very useful

The staff were excellent. The room an absolute gem that appeared to have just been refurbished. The evening meal was excellent and the portions huge. In a way it's a real shame to have to leave and move on with the tour.

Everything was perfect.

1) historic hotel which was completely refurbished in 2019, it felt very fresh and clean 2) it was pleasantly warm 3) well used restaurant and bar that were used by locals as well as tourists 4) professional, very friendly staff 5) nice lounge area to enjoy a glass of wine

1) my bed in room 4 was too soft and was a bit lumpy 2) I would have liked a better buffet at breakfast (fresh fruit, natural yogurt, decent bread) 3) the portions at dinner abd breakfast were too big 4) the food on offer was generally unhealthy (fish & chips, burgers, pies, sticky toffee pudding etc)

Room was very comfortable, quality furnishings and restaurant had an excellent menu.
