Location was excellent next to the mountain access and staff were friendly.

Beds were disappointing as one was sweaky and the other could not be separated leaving my 2 adult kids, boy and girl sharing a very small sofa bed.

The location of the accommodation is great.Equipment older, but good

The keys are in the boxes behind the house. We couldn't find .There are too small parking spaces. Larger cars do not fit at all. There is very little handling space for parking a car. A deposit is supposed to be paid when booking, but it is poorly described. When checking in, it shows that it has not been paid, but it only applies to the deposit, which is not stated. It looks like the stay has not been paid. Only after the deposit is paid, it will be corrected. It should be clearly described.

It was close to the ski lift . Easy walk into town. Clean had most thing you needed

Could do with a small oven.

Location was perfect. The bernkogelbahn is just opposite to the appartement and literally 3 min walk. Appartement is large enough for 4 people but not very spacious or luxurious. Bathroom is ok but needs renovation. Sauna was nice but also a bit outdated.

Hosts are not very friendly and hospitable; we would hardly see them and if there is something wrong you cant contact anyone (you need to find out yourself on how to turn on the sauna, sauna is automatically turned off in the evening. If you sit in the sauna, the whole sauna area turns pitch black). The process of getting access to the appartement is not well thought of. You need an access code to get to the property to park the car. We were standing outside and couldnt get in. Luckily we bumped into the owner and only then got the code. Via keyone we only received information on getting the keys from an outside locker. We helped other people to get access to the property otherwise they would not have known. Check in is only after 1600 which is very very late while the apartments were ready. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor. Lots of noise from the streets and even guests being rowdy and banging on the windows in the middle of the night. During our stay, there wasnt hot water on one evening and on another evening the water turned brown.

Ligging is top! Appartement was keurig netjes en schoon. Communicatie rondom inchecken en uitchecken kan iets duidelijker. Prijs/kwaliteit prima in orde.
