Spotless, great location, everything we needed and great for kids. Bunk bed was very cool!

Actually the whole check in and pre paid story is a joke. Lots of emails, clarifications etc. So booking direct should be much easier. Last point comfort and price- well, the mattresses have seen 2 world war. No winter service outside!

Location is perfect! Only 1 minute away from Bernkogel and Kohlmais pistes. Highly recommended for location, especially with children carrying ski’s it’s just a short walk :) Place has everything you need: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, bread toaster for a nice breakfast and cooking supplies in case you want to make dinner (we mainly ate at restaurants or takeaway)

We stayed with 4ppl (2 adults, 2 children) in a studio, would have been better if it was an appartment with separate bedroom. It is fully self-service, we never saw someone at reception which is ok if all is well. However we didn’t receive the code for the (car) gate, called a general number that also didn’t know the code and luckily bumped into another guest who told us the code. Upon checkout (also self-service), a maintenance van blocked the drive way so we couldn’t leave and with no one at reception we had to search in the building to find someone to move the van. All in all - we still highly recommend the place because the location is just unbeatable

no soap in the bathroom was super annoying. ended up using dish soap to wash our hands.

We arrived early in the day and wanted to get in a half day skiing. Check-in was not until after 4. There was no system in place to let us dump our bags at the building. Ultimately, someone let us in and we were able to hit the slopes but it would be helpful if this wasn't left to chance.
