Room phone is not working. Tv not working. Ref not working. We called many times to get it fixed. Staff not in proper coordination. Everytime shift changes it’s a different issue

직원들이 상냥하고 K-드라마를 통해 한국말(인사말 정도)을 배워서 정겨웠음. 조식장소가 20층 수영장 옆이었고 오픈형으로 시내가 잘보이는 뷰가 좋았음.

조식으은 나름대로 괜찮았으나 과일이 조금 부족한 면이 있었음

"Good price for a good location. Not the best, but decent enough."

Great value for a hotel wirh an excellent location. Each floor has water refilling stations, which is great. Rooms are clean, but not that spacious.

Staff can't be relied upon to clean rooms. I gave up and just asked for clean towels everyday and for them to just take out the trash. No coin laundry in the facilities.

"BUEN HOTEL CON UNA PISCINA TOP EN LA AZOTEA"

• La piscina es increíble. Algo pequeña pero suficiente. No es para nadar. Tiene muy buenas vistas de Quezon City. • El hotel tiene 20 plantas. Nos alojaron en la 14, en la 20 en la azotea está la piscina, que tiene bar. Si os alojan más arriba todavía mejor. • El desayuno es buffet libre, de lunes a viernes en la planta 19. Fines de semana en la 20. Está bien, es bastante completo. • La habitación estaba muy bien, grande, buena cama tanto de tamaño como de confort, buen ventanal. • Caja fuerte • Nevera • El baño está bien • Personal muy amable y servicial. Personal de seguridad en la puerta del Hotel también. • Está ubicado en una calle principal y la zona es segura

• Que no haya un desayuno más europeo también. No hay leche por ejemplo para el café, es en sobres de polvos.. hay tostadora pero no hay pan. Que hubiese croissants.. • Se oye el ruido de los coches y motos pitando pero se puede dormir bien aún así. Manila es todo tráfico.
