I stayed here before, and my experience was excellent. That’s why I decided to book at this hotel again, hoping to have the same great experience. I really liked the room’s interiors and the relaxing atmosphere—but that was before.

Now, I am disappointed by the dirty floors, with some areas sticky, as if old spilled sauce was left uncleaned, and the toilet tiles appear yellowed.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay in Harolds Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and they greeted us with a big smile every single time. The room was clean, and the common areas were well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the services the staff provided. We would definitely come back.

No indoor slippers.
