Location quite good

there were no chair in my room. I had to ask 3 times that they finnaly brought a chair. The windows in my (first) room was broken down and was not possible to close the windows tightly thus noise was heard from the nearby street. As I realised this immediately uppon arrival (as the noise from the road was very noisy), I requested a new room, but there was the same situation (the doors couldn't be closed tightly). However, I stayed in that room but the noise from the construction site of a nearby new hotel was so noisy that I had to use stoppers in my ears that I could sleep and that's why I requested the third room which was finally OK. By the way, the construction of the new hotel was ongoing all day long and lasted to 00.100 am (!!) Beside that, the receptionists either don't speak english (some or them used google app for interpretation) while the others are not fluent thus is difficult to communicate with them.... The hotel should have informed the quests that there is a construction site immediately next to the hotel and that the quests might be disturbed which was not the case....

there is another hotel being built next door but that should be finished soon

Hotel is in the centre. Personel was really amazing, they helped me with any request I had. Wi-fi which I really needed was working in a perfect way. The windows protect well from the noise.

Tiny room, AC is not working. Very bad breakfast.
