Friendly staff, great bed, great shower, spacious room, spotlessly clean and very delicious and copious breakfast. Very centrally located.

The room (I had a single room) was very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful! They responded very quickly to messages and they were very understanding. I would definitely come here again when I come back to Ankara.

there was a lot of issues with this hotel. Our room was so smelly, and they said it’s normal. we refused to accept the room and we had to wait 1 hour for another room to be ready. there was a contraction site next to the hotel and they never stop working. too much noise that almost made it impossible to sleep. breakfast was a joke! they gave us a very low quality breakfast and when we asked for coffee they said it’d be extra fee! we’ve talked to the management and asked for a refund but they’ve blamed the restaurant management over the quality of service and insured we’ll get the coffee for free for the rest of our stay. (happy days!)
