The soundproofing was good. The cleaning staff were lovely and were very good. It was a good sized bathroom with everything working well. A comfortable bed.

There was always cigarette smoke in the lobby area and breakfast area and outside our room which was really unpleasant being non smokers. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied with the addition of fresh fruit. There was no toaster.

The location worked well for me and it was easy to come and go as I pleased throughout the day. I arrived later than anticipated and they were quick to reply on WhatsApp and stayed late to let me in.

When I arrived, I was led to my room, but the man didn't leave and stood at my door, before saying "tip now". I felt very uncomfortable and was forced to give my only note which was definitely too large for a tip.
