"Convenient and Clean but lacked Customer Service"

We stayed at Tower A. The location was convenient to all amenities, grocery shops, restaurants and most of all Mullet Bay. The people that work there daily at the concierge etc need to get some training in customer service. Basic greetings like Good Morning, Good Afternoon, How is your day going etc were void of their existence. If you amplify this aspect you might have 5/5 ratings all the time and patrons will tell their friends and family to stay here.
